A lot of the stories in the contest seem to have a theme of wishing. So on that theme:
I wish for all my writers and readers, a very happy holiday, and a wonderful new year.
I wish that each and every one of you will find that gift in others or in yourselves that will make you truly happy.
I wish that, whatever your faith, this season will be one of renewal in the joy of living for you and yours.
I wish for everyone to find the happiness that giving joy can bring.
May all good things be yours, now and in the new year.
