Yes, as BG has it, this is about an American cultural event that centers around a game of American football. The most important and exciting part (not counting the tv (television - no gender exploration is allowed, or at least in only one direction)ads) is the show at the intermission. This year The Who are featured. There is heavy betting on how many windmills Pete Townshend will do - over or under 5 and a half.
Almost all i write, it seems, confuse almost all these days, so worry not about that.
As for the MacG., it's on hold until (if ever) the whole thing gets finished. I hope that when it is presented as a whole (about 90k words, a common novel these days), it will seem more comprehensible to people.
