I've been listening to old shows from CBC radio's science program, Quirks and Quarks. One of the topics was a very interesting discussion of the many variants between the usual male and female body types and why they are not so accurate. Here's a link to the Between XX and XY segment.

Listening between the lines, you can see how much of what is presented is likely to apply to the transgendered as well, and/or benefit the transgendered.

Very Interesting
and very enlightening. Let's hope that those blinkered ones in society eventually accept that nature revels in diversity; why shouldn't humanity?
