Thanks to the recent refreshing of The Prodigal, the story received many new hits and comments, and that has caused me to consider writing a prequel. Keeping in mind that this is likely to be a rather dark and violent tale, would anyone be interested in such a thing? I will probably go through with it anyway, but I'm interested in knowing the interest level.
Also, look for something featuring Bree in the next few hours. I've just finished a short piece for the Transgender Day of Remembrance and I'll be posting it soon.

Bree ia a well-rounded & believable character for such a short
story.
You did in a few pages what others failed to do in multiple chapters. But then characterizations are one of your strong points, not to knock your plots/storylines which I much enjoy.
Any word on your various projects? I know you have your Honor Harrington inspired space opera, there was talk at one time of a continuation of D.O.A., and my biggest Q is, when will the remaining revised bits of Genomorph and the sequal come out? I had the privilage of reading/commenting on drafts of part of the rewrite and was impressed. Plus your heroine in that one is even hotter than my Joanie in Timeout and that is saying something.
Pretty please with sugar on top?

I'd love it...
Even tho I cringe to think of some of the things that probably happened to Bree. I'm especially curious to read how she broke free of the life she'd been duped/corralled/drugged/conditioned into and what came after, that recovery home that sounds a lot like the one run by another favorite character of mine, Celeste Farnsworth. I'd also love any stories about her new life, after that beautiful tearful reunion in The Prodigal...

I can't imagine a general theme or short synopsis that you couldn't spin into a delightful read. Write a prequel, sequel, or anything else. Please!
