Don't know what to say
I wonder about those boys, but the commentator was too much. I wanted to slap him silly when he said, "faggy acting little boys".

You do realise...
... just for the avoidance of doubt...
... that it was a skit? A satire *on* parents' acting out in denial of feminine/effeminate (not the same thing) behaviour in their sons?
It is the Onion after all...
but what a skit!
From the vapidity of the program's title (TODAY NOW!) to the bland blather of the hosts it captured every nuance of shows like this perfectly, which made the skit's deadpan promotion of absolute gender conformity that much scarier and funnier...

Re: How to Write Badly Well,
Should be required reading for new authors!
Mr. Ram
I would hope....
That they were spoofs!!! The 'Today Now' was definitly played as if a part of any morning talk/ 'News' show, very funny!
As for how to write badly..... Has the author been visiting some of the 'T' Fiction sites? I swear I've used those same paragraphs in a few of my stories!!!
Huggles and giggles,

>> How to Write Badly Well
I was somewhat disappointed; some of those weren't nearly as bad as they could have been, so the blog seems actually to have been written badly, well, badly

I didn't know
I had no idea that it was a skit. It fit, the useless drabble that was consistent with the normal brainless talking heads.

Not damn hell badly done!
After rolling on the floor giggling until my sides ache, I finally managed to mount my chair again. This was so badly well done that it could not have been anything devious by a certain political party.
No making fun of my cursing skills, either!
