I haven't finished Part 2 yet; it currently stands at just over 30,000 words with a fair bit of action to go. However, I'm going to start releasing it.

In response to feedback for part 1, I'm not doing daily releases. The release schedule will be split between my own site and this one.

On strangenoises.org the installments will be every Monday, Wednesday and Friday starting immediately today (the first two scenes are up now), and will comprise the number of scenes necessary to cross a 2,000 word minimum. So if you like the frequent shorter installments, go to my site to get them.

On this site, I'll release an 'omnibus edition' every Sunday containing the text of the previous week's releases on my site.

This state of affairs will continue until I run out of story. Either that'll be because I kept ahead of the releases and finished the story, or I didn't, and there'll be a bit of a gap while I continue to write ahead.

There are currently three weeks of releases 'in the can', although it might stretch to more than that as some single scenes are more than four thousand words long and I might split them.

How about...

Why don't you do a permanent link to strangenoises.org with the |+link| feature? All the old links broke when moved to the new site so if one existed before, it needs editing at the very least. Looking forward to reading the story. :)

Erin

Just a quick glance...

Just a quick glance and this looked good! I'll back and read in depth later. But it looks like a fully developed world and characters.

I need to shut it: I've

I need to shut it: I've been reading this like every day now for the past two weeks.

And this is a problem why?

Hmm? :-D

Don't worry, after this Sunday (Friday on my site) the release cycle will have caught up with where I've written to so you can have a break then... Unless I get my finger out and type really fast over the weekend...

(I know where it's going. Still figuring out bits of the route...)
