The Project

Chapter 1: The group

"For this semester's project, you all will have to get into groups of four and come up with a summer evening design." Mrs. Lynch, the design teacher at Fremont High School was telling her students. She is the design teacher, which was a course that was just added and as an incentive, any students who took the course got double credit. The only two boys of the class, Rohit Das and Luke Coslif looked at each other and grinned. This assignment was the equivelant of the midterm and final of the semester, in which the group members had to come up with a clothing and makeover design and one of the group members would wear that style for the week. The boys had found the way to easily get a good grade, as last semester they just paired up with Luke's girlfriend Amy and Rohit's best friend Priya. Amy had a passion for design and the boys were doing the class for the credit so she did most of the work and Priya wore it. It was a truly fun time as they got to spend quality time together.

"Unlike last semester, I will be picking your groups for you as last time a few groups were fooling around a bit much," Mrs. Lynch continued, glaring at Rohit and Luke who now had surprised faces. Both of them clenched their eyes closed and were praying that they have each other or at least one of the girls. "The first group is, Priya, Amy," the girls looked at each other with delight and squealed, "Luke and ....... Stephanie. Go and get some paper and the rubric and begin." Luke started laughing his heart out, leaving Rohit with a defeated look on his face.

Mrs. Lynch continued to name the groups off until she got to the last one. Rohit's name still hadn't been called, and finally his luck had turned. He was in a group with Samantha, Alyssa, and Jaquline, who was his crush. The three girls are all juniors and are the most coveted in the school, as the exude sexiness, being very athletically talented, having the body of a Victoria Secret Model, and having some brains as well. They whispered something amongst themselves and giggled, walking over towards Rohit.

Beginning to blush, Rohit got up and said, "So, ----", when he was interupted by the bell ringing.

Jaquline spoke up and said, "We have tennis today and tomorrow so how about you come over to my place on Friday evening and we will all discuss it there?"

Rohit was shocked. His crush had just invited him over on a Friday night with the two other hottest girls he knew. "Sure that is perfect," Rohit managed, before rushing out of the classroom before he said anything too stupid.
