Magical transformations are all very well, but what if what you get isn’t exactly what you were expecting? There are pros and cons to any change, but often we’re looking so hard at what we want that we can’t see the downside to getting it.

There’s a man in a red suit who can help. He can exchange your life for someone else’s. All you have to do is tell him what you want, and he’ll find someone who has it and wants what you have. The thing is, people don’t want to escape from their lives if they’re perfect, do they?

So, what’s the catch? After all, if something seems too good to be true, it usually is.

This is an adult book. It contains strong language and a fair amount of domestic violence. The court scenes and legal matters that arise are purely fictional and don’t necessarily reflect reality.
