Just to let everybody know I'm doing fine since March I've started dialysis and I've had a double bypass surgery.
The Veterans Administration has upgraded me from 100% P&T to SMC -S. Aka 100% for kidneys and 100% for my heart. With a bunch of other rating 0% to 40%.
Sitting here during the biggest storm in the last 5 years, with a extremely sore throat, feeling like something the dogs found under the rose bush, one can get a bit melancholy.
I have had several medical problems over the last 20 or so years. I couldn't figure out what had happened to me to cause these problems. The problems were unique to me in the family. I've had kidney problems, mental health problems, nueropathy, joint problems, etc...
California is poised to start allowing same sex marriages on Jun 14th to 17th. The problem's with the name change rules for Hetro couple under the age of 62.

I've been busy around the house. Though the bug to write something is nipping at my heels. I have late evenings and next weekend available to write, I do need to finish sewing up some more tops, trousers, tent sides and Rope standards for Palm Springs Ren Faire which is 23rd, 24th, and 25th of March (less than 2 weeks). Sew soing is going to come first over writing until I get back from faire and visiting my folks which will be around April fools day.
