I'm sorry it has taken me so long to post more chapters about Atalanta's continuing adventures but a lot of things contributed to that. Ashleigh my editor has been fighting an illness as I have which in the last month has worsened with pinched/inflamed nerves in my back and hips and now COPD. And my husband is in nursing care and decided he wanted to recuperate in his home state; two states away. Stuff happens but you can't quit.

I have changed computers and the OS from XP to Win 7 and every time I take any action I am logged out and have to log back in or even if I do nothing. Is there something I'm missing as my last upgrade was about 5 years ago but that was from another XP machine.

I appreciate any help.

I planned on another chapter today but somehow when I went to copy the edited chapter to a separate document that document doesn't note the changes (it looks the same) and in the edited version every word has a line through it. Its a mess. I've asked Ashleigh to send me another copy so it should be resolved soon.

I just read an sample on Amazon of a story that I read here. I don't remember the name here or the author here but this Amazon 'author' has placed 5 books in the last month; two in this series. The story is about two secret agents with the sidekick swapping consciousness with a woman and goes undercover as her. It was a story I never finished but he/she is sold to a drug lord on a ship.

I am working on the third book now and in this one I left open the possibility of Atalanta taking the Theater class. I can "see" some fun in her as well as myself learning the stage and plays. But I'm ignorant about the whole production angle, the plays, and even the costumes.I don't know enough to ask what I don't know. But one of the questions are what plays are used in high school and which of those could contribute to any sort of mayhem?

Because with her something unexpected always happens.

It has been almost a year since I last posted a story and I have completed the second Atalanta book and ready to post it but I seem to recall something about a command line page break that seems to be missing. Can someone offer some pointers/suggestions about posting chapters.

Hi. Thanks to everyone reading Atalanta's story. I've downloaded several pics that I use as inspiration writing Atalanta. I though it might be fun to post a pic in a story but I know enough to be dangerous doing that. Along that same venue I have about seven pics that I feel displays her energy well.

I know pics can be a resource hog so I wanted to if I do place a picture that it not use a lot of bandwidth. None are copyrighted as far as I know. There is no watermark. I think there are royalty free too.

I need your help. I have written my first story and I want to post the first chapter but I am nervous as a cat in a roomful of rocking chairs. I hope some of you writers that have done this can offer me a little help. My questions are simplistic I know but I want at least it to be submitted correctly.

This blog entry and the fiction entry shares some similarities. One is this area called Body where I'm writing this and where I assume I use to introduce the story. Is it also where I credit my editor? It is fanfiction for Whateley; is this also where I include disclaimers?

Long time lurker and reader but made my first comment yesterday. I'm not certain if the blog link is used in place of creating new thread in most forums I use. Or are there another more accepted manner of asking questions.

Please let me know if I need to ask through these blogs or is there a part of the forum I haven't located?
