Plans were changed not by bad weather but by the rain falling from Crystal's eyes

I have had to postponed my return to Washington because Crystal was not ready to let me go just yet. I am still slaving at Vulcan's Forge of word smiting, hammering out the next chapter. Please be patient It will be worth the wait.
