I truly enjoyed watching this, and yes, not only does he raise some good points, but he also shows that he really gets it.
Yes, society has brainwashed all of us in a way - we only look skin deep way too often. The point he makes is well founded. How many really interesting people have we all walked past without a second glance due to our first impression of them physically?
Like him, I know that in the past I have been very guilty of this. Hopefully I have learned from my errors as I have grown older. Unfortunately, I doubt that many have.

After watching this ...
After watching this, I learned one grotesque irony.
When you grow up only ever experiencing and confronting aggression, predation and abuse throughout the vast bulk of one's formative years; you quickly learn that ugliness has nothing to do with looks or appearance. Once that criterion of 'appearences' is removed from an individual's social arsenal/tool box it leaves that individual extremely sceptical of others to the point of social disfunctionality.
Aside from all the crippling character deformities arising from that abuse, the ghastly irony is that you cease to judge by appearences and soon learn to look long and hard at a new acquaintance before judging. Even the most handsome men and beautiful women can turn out to be the most brutal and destructive abusers.
How ironic is it when learning not to judge by appearences is a malfunction stemming from childhood abuse!!!
