The first story that I wrote for this site, actually the first story I ever let anyone read, was a piece called Life’s Pathways. I posted that story a little over a year and a half ago, and the story was poorly written, and poorly told. Despite that first feeble attempt, my story was received by the members of this site with warm and kind words, along with a lot of offers to help me improve. That reception was probably one of the biggest motivations that kept me writing.

Anyway, a few months ago, I was cleaning files off my computer, and I happen to find that original story. Ignoring my own poor writing, I couldn’t help but believe there was still a good story there, it just needed to be told properly. As such, I stripped the original story down to the bones, and started rebuilding it. I asked Erin to remove Life’s Pathways from BCTS, with the plans of replacing it with the rewrite. Well, the rewrite is done, and is being presented under the title of Choices.

Choices is a very much enhanced version of the original. The same story premise was used, but expanded into a full novel that ended up being two and a half times the size of the original. Choices is being published on Kindle, but I will be posting it on this site as well, since this is where it started. Those of you that happen to remember Life's Pathways, which I hope is very few, please try to let this new version replace that memory.

I will supply the Kindle link when it is available, but I have included the cover picture below. I am not sure if I should start posting it now, or wait until I have finished posting Tears of the Innocent. Either way, it will be coming here soon.
