Mann
Mann is one of the names of the political entity that inhabits the Isle of Man. It's self-governing and has one of the oldest parliaments in the world. It is not part of the UK but is subject to the English Crown. The monarch of England is also the Lord of Mann and yes, the Queen is the Lord of Mann because that is the title.

...The Daily Wail article's readers appear to be largely in support of same sex marriage (or, at least, those who were motivated enough to leave a comment or rate an existing one!)
