I have been working on the next few parts of Through the years when I got sidetracked. It happens really easy to me. But one day I was busy typing something out and I thought....
"You know, I know the people and their back stories, cause I made it all up, but if I were to post something big about a character, someone else may not why this is there and may question it."
Because this story is getting as large as it is and there are a large number of cast (let's face it, if this were a TV show, this is a soap opera)And Tracy, while being the main focus right now, is not the only character in here. This isn't just totally her life. It is slowly becoming Sage, Rachel and Brooke's life. William and Maggie's life. And face it, when something happens to one, things will change the others.
What this rambling is meant to wonder, is would anyone be opposed to me posting, over time, the back stories to some of these people? This way their actions make sense. This way we get a bigger idea who they are?

I would enjoy reading about the back stories of al of the characters. You can post as a side story in the same universe if you want.

Well, it will be a book of side stories, but each big name in the story should get a mention. Some may run together, but each person will take a spotlight.
Backgrounds
I think it is a wonderful idea. We do know quite a lot about Tracy and her family, but not all that much about the other characters in this story. I am really enjoying this story, and jump and shout for joy when a new episode appears!
Some flashbacks from Tracy especially would be nice also as it would bring new readers more or less up to date. I hope that many will go back, and read the series from its beginning to get really familiar with all that has happened.

Well there will be a little Tracy and Troy. But a lot of Sage, Rachel, Brooke, Stacey, Persephone, Lillian. Even some Vance. And soon I should get something off to Djkauf for editing
For a short start
A character list would be nice. We have so many stories going on here that it is sometimes hard to keep straight which character is which in each story. So just a name and a potted one paragraph bio would be handy. Ex: Sasha Xxxxxxx / Age: 1X / son of he and her / First introduced in Ch. 2
Each name could then be linked to their back story as you get them done.
This would also be a handy idea for Bailey S., as well as for any writer of multi-character stories. SaraUK would be another whose readers (us old b****s with fading memories, anyway) might find such a list helpful.
I'm thinking in alphabetical order for easy reference! ;-)
