So, this is not the end, but this is the end of this part. I've just realized, well today while I was writing, that this really is one long novel. It is in separate parts, true, but this all goes to a single long story. There is one interlude currently (Club) and will likely be another before I begin Dee is for David which is then next part.

That being said, I really have NO idea how long this story is going to be.

I can tell you all, that Dee is for David, part three in the story picks up two years after the events of My Name is David.

To tell the truth, this is the sort of story that I've wanted to tell for a while now. Too often, we as authors tell a singular moment in a person's life.

This story is a William Goldman of someone's life. Yes, this is a really obscure reference, so let me esplain...no, that will take too long, let me sum up:

William Goldman wrote the Princess Bride, which he claimed to have abridged from an much longer, much more boring, novel that primarily discussed the war and economics of two nations, with a nice little love story thrown in for flavoring.

He called it the good parts version.

That is what the David Saga is: the good parts version of someone's life.

So, I'm going to take a little break after tonight from David...maybe a week or two.

I will be returning to tell more of the tale sooner than later.

Please, no lynch mobs...
