Well, it will affect all member countries of the EU, with an exception technically for the UK if I'm reading that right. But you can bet that there is going to be some action in the UK. And I wouldn't be surprised to see some people trying to point to it for here in the US. Whether that works or not, who knows? Several states here are so against ANYTHING from a foreign country that they created laws that ban the use of foreign law in anything. (Though they were trying to specifically block the so-called 'creeping Shar'iah'.)
