The Miss America Pageant, The Miss Universe Pageant, the Miss whatever state or country pageants...all must have an open mind when it comes to transgender women. We didn't ask for this life, but we will live it to the best of our abilities. That means being accepted in Brownies, Girl Scouts, beauty pageants, as women in general with all the rights thereto. I have lived my life being abused, threatened, thrown garbage at, and called the nastiest names by the most shallow minded people to ever walk this planet. I have been denied to attend church services, and denied to be a part of organizations that help others.
