I'm sorry it's been so long. And I know this latest chapter probably is littered with typos and errors, but its been stuck in my head and I wanted to get it out there.
I've gone through a lot of trials lately. My teenage daughter overdosed and is struggling with issues relating to my ex, who doesn't care about her.
We've also been struggling financially.
But I've also been going through a tough time emotionally as well. After seeing a therapist for a few months, I have decided to make the transition at the old, old age of 44. If I haven't been around, that's part of the reason. We're going through a lot because of it.

That is a lot on anyone's plate. Transition at 44 is doable and well let's say I am older than you are and I look okay though I did start transition at age 24.
Given that load, I am even more appreciative of having another episode.

Sorry to hear about the family issues. Hope things improve with your daughter soon, though I'm sure it will be an ongoing struggle. Keep us updated on the transition. With any luck I may transition in another decade at the over-ripe of 48 or 49.
