Writing & posting plans

Well, I finally got a story up. It's probably not very good, I've been writing it in bits and pieces for two or three months now, but it's up. I'm still not back in the groove, but my muse is back and talking! Still having some trouble getting the stories written, but I think that's mostly just a matter of being out of practice.

I've got a short standalone waiting to post, and a few unfinished stories, so I have plenty of material to work with. I'll be posting 1, and only 1, story every 7 days for now. Well, that's the plan, anyway. That way I'll build up a buffer without putting a lot of pressure on myself like I did before. Once I've got a nice big buffer and a better idea of how much I'll be writing, I'll change that to every 6 days. Hopefully I'll get that down to 4 days or better, but that depends on how much I can reliably get done.

I'll be rotating what I post, so there won't be two chapters of the same story right after each other. That way I should be able to keep all of my stories moving, if slowly. I'll break them up with a few standalone stories as they're available for variety. Since I already have a 1 story buffer, I should be able to post reliably even if I have a slow start. Two weeks should be enough to get something done! After all, I was posting every day for a while. Sometimes two or three in one day, in fact.

I'm not entirely satisfied with where Venus Cursed! has been going, so it may take a little longer before the next chapter of it goes up as I go back through it and decide what I want to do. I'm definitely not ending it yet, though! POWYHL will have at least 1 more chapter (A big chunk of which has been sitting on my hard drive for several months). I'll probably be ending it there or shortly thereafter, but I have ideas for further stories in that universe.

Well, that's about it for my little status update, but if anybody has any suggestions for improving Tiger by the Tail (or any of my other stories, for that matter), I'll gladly hear them.

Sorry for the long delay!

Saless
