I've managed to do three A2Z's now, the latest being Off His Rock. I'm beginning to get the hang of this tablet and mechanics.
And I'm thinking, maybe I should do a TG Webcomic. :) Any ideas?

Friday the 13th on a Thursday
Just a reminder, tomorrow is the 13th.
One of the characters in the Pogo strip was terrified of the 13th. any 13th was Friday the 13th, if it fell on a thursday it was especially bad.

Churchill LaFemme, the turtle, was the Pogo character who feared the 13th day of the month. Alistair has a kinship with Churchy but his fear is popular culture. :)

TG Webcomic Ideas?
Here's a few, though you've probably thought of them.
I'm fond of the superhero/mutant/magic stories, I follow the Whateley Academy sories and write Fan Fic. Why not some sort of shapeshifter with TG as part of his/her/their makeup?
Maybe it happens at random, often at the most aukward times or they can do it conscously but being a teenager, is a bit inept. A bit like Clara on the 1960's Bewiched(C) TV series.
Invision the following scene, our hero/heroine: "I've got the perfect morph/shift/whatever to help our team win the game" and he shifts into a super sexy cheerleader body - big breasts, naturally -, not the super strong running back he intended, but they win because she's so disracting.
Pretty lame but you get the gist.

I Was a Teenage Cheerleader
The very inanity of the title is funny. :)
I may borrow Danny Sweet from BoTC, or at least his name.
Danny is a high school junior who wants very badly to go to the homecoming game -- and date the head cheerleader. The rivalry between Ermenthal Darling High School and Sid Transett Occupational High across town is very intense. Billie Stack has said she will go to the homecoming dance with whoever does the best job of helping the Stags beat the Glory.
Danny would do almost anything. He visits an odd shop on a back street where a mysterious woman tells him that he already has the power to make his dreams come true. He just has to concentrate on what he wants.
He's the waterboy for the team and in the excitement of the game while he's concentrating on Billie, he transforms into a tall gorgeous cheerleader who so electrifies the crowd and disrupts things that the underdog Stags win.
Billie is deliriously happy and agrees to go to the dance with Danni. End of first story arc. Obvious complications. :)
I'm going to have to do some sketches to see if I can do this, I'm not that good at action drawings. :)

I've been trying to think of something that's less of a graphics challenge.
Maybe a character who randomly shifts between a very brilliant geek who is a total "water buffalo" as far as social interactions and a gorgeous, well-intentioned, sweet young thing who is "blonde to the core." Shifts in both directions could provide many opportunities for laughs.

The term was fairly common in the folk/altie community of the Northeast back in the late '60s-early '70s. Refers to someone who lacks any sense of savoir faire, is socially inept, and lacks "couth." ;-)

Not a four-legged animal, and doesn't necessarily refer to appearance, although water buffalos are definitely not known for any sense of style.
More like those who, in any social situation -- particularly with women/girls, tend to exhibit the "bull in the china shop" syndrome.

There's the variant of your twist on my sugestion, he's prepping for the big date and thinks "I'm gonna look my very best for Billie." then she rings the bell and calls up to his room and being distracted he turns himself into a perfect twin of Billie down to her sexy bikini wax or mole or tattoo or piercing in a secret place.
If you can put yourself in the mindset of a horny teenager you're halfway there. If you can make that a horny Boy Scout(TM), all the better.
