As usual, trans women get the blame in the comments. When Men who menstruate are trans men who have not had a hysterectomy will menstruate. That's how you have men menstruate and have babies. Also "chestfeeding" instead of breastfeeding is for the benefit of trans men.
Trans women are blamed for that too.
There was also the usual arguments about defining women by menstruation. Like our friend JKR.

as a word was made popular by Congress woman Lauren Boebert when she tried to take down Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg for taking parental leave. I guess that 'Breastfeeding' would be censored on US MSM so she chose something that would be insulting and not bleeped out.

The congress woman was deriding Pete B because he and his husband had just adopted twins. She was deriding his inability to breastfeed and that he took parental leave which is his right (According to his employment contract)
Ms B is one of the dumbest members of congress ever.
In this instance, none of the people involved were trans.

Every time I hear one of these conversations I'm reminded of those ugly American tourists complaining that the food in France is not like what they are used to. They want France to be just like Des Moines. Why is it so important so some people that everyone fit into the little boxes that they have constructed? Things change. We make progress. Progress has let more and more of us live higher on Maslow's hierarchy. This is what self actualization looks like.

Turns out male breasts are just undeveloped versions of female breasts. Anecdotal evidence goes way back in history. Anatomists made the scientific proof in the 1800’s.

As a man who has never wanted
As a man who has never wanted to carry a baby for nine months I struggle to see how some one could see themselves as a man *and* wish to carry a baby.
Experience has shown me that other people's minds don't work like mine, but "a pregnant man" does boggle my mind a bit.
No doubt that isn't how such people look at it.
