My daughter had a nasty stomach flu last week, she decided to share it with me on Sunday.
I'm dead on my feet, so I'm taking this week off.

Flu
Had that a couple months ago, and from what I've been told it's still quite prevalent. Took me a month to start feeling better and I've heard that's common, so take care of yourself.

I should be over the worst of it tomorrow.
Angel had it bad for 2 days then feeling a bit off for 2 days, and now she's fine. Just need to sleep and take my medicine.

Nasty flu
Yup, this is a nasty one. She gave it to me too, I spent most of the day in bed yesterday and both Monday and today I managed to go to work but it was not pleasant.
