Due to flu-like symptoms I have not had the stamina to sit down and write this weekend.

In this time of uncertainty for all of us, it is more important than ever to take care of yourself.
As an officer of the largest independently owned retail chain in the United States, we are working diligently to stay ahead of the changes occurring around the country while protecting our employees as well as the public. Each of us needs to be aware of what is going on around us and take the necessary steps to keep ourselves safe and healthy, and to help others.

Take care of yourself
There are some things that can shorten the flu run. Hot lemonade, lots of orange juice, apple juice, grape juice, and of course vitamin C gummys, chicken soup, home made, and potato soup, tomato soup.
I pray it's not the flu and just a tired spot from too much work, worry, or life changes.
Plenty of rest, the body is fighting internal bugs and doesn't need extra work.
Keep track of you temp and don't hesitate to get professional help.
