I would like to request if I could have anyone take a quick read through some of the chapters of “A Cracker Barrel Christmas”. I am trying to clean up some edits as I want to submit the book to the local Cracker Barrel locations in my area BUT, I want to make sure that the story holds and is believable. The book is on the site, divided by chapters.

to follow up…I had a valve replacement and quadruple bypass on August 2nd (apparently I had a bicuspid aortic valve), followed three weeks later with gall bladder surgery, It has taken me up until, well, today, to feel up to siting at my desk to work on anything so…all of my “starters” and unfinished projects should get some attention (as soon as I have completed the above project)

Yikes! Been there, done that ... !

My gall bladder tried "let's kill him by getting infected".

Which led the docs finding I also had a rapidly failing mitral valve (Bonus: two other problems). So I got my own 'chest zipper' and a cow valve (joke's on me: I'm vegan...).

Then, when I got healthy enough, they "stuck a straw in me" and sucked out my trashed-up gall bladder (laparoscopic surgery).

Good news is, we're alive. (My six-year mark is in October.)

Sigh. Bypass arteries can last as little as 1-2 years (!!)

This is the >very best way< I know of to keep your new pipes un-clogged, and to keep you alive, healthy and happy (*) for a very long time, and hopefully without more surgeries:

KickStart.PCRM.org. All info on entire site is >free<.

(*) I have a selfish side: lets you keep writing ...

Thank you.
