I came across this. It seems that at least one legal document requires the monarch to be "Her Majesty".
So, like, obviously that's not an acceptable situation. Which leaves a clear solution...

guess
you actually meant HRH!

"Her Majesty" literally
It is actually in the Jamaican constitution:
There are probably more places, but these stipulate clearly that "Her Majesty" ist part of the Parliament of Jamaica and the Her Majesty's assent is required to let a Bill (including Bills that change the Constitution of Jamaica … e.g. changing "Her Majesty" to "His/Her Majesty") become law and thus actually change anything. Also there is the question whether "Her Majesty's pleasure" can continue after Her Majesty's death of if the Governor-General needs to be confirtmen by the new Queen.
Legal matters can be quite interesting stuff. :-)
but the title
is not HRM!
It is HRH ie Her/His Royal Highness or Her/His Majesty - only the Sovereign is referred to in this manner, there is no acronym in general use for the latter which in any case would be HM, no R, so HM The Queen/King.

Prince Willian's trans-gender
Prince Willian's trans-gender story?
Willian does favour his mother's looks.
