I am trying to sell my Surface Pro tablet in order to work on some med bills. I have not had much luck selling it. I guess people do not like Microsoft

The tablet is included along with the keyboard cover, protective case and Surface Pen (first gen, alkaline battery version)
The tablet has never been brought outside or used without it's case.
The AC adapter (USB-C) is included

I bought one last Saturday and took it back on Monday swapping it for an i-pad.
I don't believe in the Apple business model which shuts users off from open source to milk them for cash, but the Surface was way too slow and heavy as well.
How can Microsoft get this so wrong?
The X version is lightweight
The X version is lightweight and the SoC Qualcomm works well but I am more of a fan of the iPad Pro
