Yup, cloudflare, the webservice to defend against ddos attacks can fail.
Fanfiction.net cannot display a single story right now, try and get thrown into an infinite loop of trying to get past the cloudflare loading page.

Cloudflare and BCTS
We use Cloudflare for several of their services and have seldom had a problem actually related to them. By seldom, I mean maybe once or twice in a period of years. We've more often had a problem on our end connecting to them.
