I appreciate the link; I will steal it and update the blog. The upload went a little wonky and my cover didn't load. I also noticed some errors in the little description paragraph that I resubmitted. Hopefully, it will have a cover and a peek inside soon.
I think the problem was caused because the book is about six billion pages long.

I started the paperback book process and asked for the 8x11 size. I'm curious, too. If you go to the look inside part, Amazon lets you read half a book for free. You'll also see that I thanked you, too.
I took a lot of time rewriting all those first four books and I think they read so much better.

I have been out of touch for a while. When I saw this title on Amazon, I was not sure whether it was just a compilation of the series (all of which I had already purchased) or included new material. I think it might help others if you were to clarify that on your description of it on Amazon.
