Hey everyone, it's me, your favorite passive aggressive author here with some notes on The Interview and Deshima Serendipity. You're probably wondering wtf I'm doing with Deshima. I've noticed the views going down so I can only assume that either you hate me as a person (I hate me with a fucking passion), or I'm not delivering the same type of story as before. It's the latter, by the way. Deshima Serendipity is a very different story in a few ways. First of all, it's a sequel to The Interview but it's not focusing on Astra. Second, it's a bit more humerous - something that The Interview was not. Ereen was a dystopian world, Deshima is an old, worn out station in the center of a temporal rift with a crew that could care less about gender idenity, or the potential war between the Federation and Ereen. The most important thing is that everyone but the crew of Deshima has been thrown out of their element. Amelia has no idea if this is a dream or reality, Kerra is far from home and dealing with the loss of her friends and family. Astra, who does not make a physical appearance in this story is oblivious to all of the events and remains in her quarters where Kerra put her.
So, what the fuck is this exactly? In my mind, Deshima represents the chaos that happens between coming out and full transition. It's not always comical, but it can be very, very strange. None of this within the Interview's universe as technically anything can happen within a scifi environment. The question you're probably asking is, when tf does it get back to normal? Well, assuming I can cocaine my way through Deshima, it gets back to normal in the next part. Right now the order goes:
The Interview
Deshima Serendipity
Exit Interview
Tepid Destiny
Earthbound Souls
Sisters of Ereen
Now with that being said, I'm going to answer the long standing question of wtf happened to Woodcrest. Is it still a thing? Why did it stop? It stopped for a few reasons. First of all, I got a lot of negative feedback because a lot of people here can't stand writing that includes complete sentences and critical thinking. Many want a cut and dry story that goes straight from beginning to end with no pit stops. They also want clear cut good and evil characters. I rather liked that no one could tell whose side Aleah was on. Another reason was the lack of attention many were paying. The drug Miratran was a common theme throughout all of the stories from AP, to Woodcrest, and Makayla. Well, even though the name was dropped many times, I ended up with someone saying "I wonder what drug Aleah gave Audrey". At that point I just kind of stopped and was like "Why in the absolute fuck am I writing this?"
Another point I'd like to make is that Woodcrest was a long form roleplay. In other words, it was acted out in roleplay, with me playing the part of Audrey. It was taking time to transcribe all of the roleplay events, though I still remember everything. It was one of the funnest RP's I've ever taken part in. Each 'book' was a different RP session with each taking place over the course of 4-5 hours. The 'side stories' were just mini sessions. Will I finish it? Who the hell knows. All I know, is that

Did Your Blog End as You Intended?
It just sort of stopped without you apparently following through with your point.
I'm enjoying Deshima so far. It is pretty wacky, but once I decided to just go with the flow on your stories (back during Interview) things have been good for me. It's hard to compare the response to Deshima with Interview where you had a likeable and vulnerable first person protagonist apparently being abused by a psycho. Each posting was drawing multiple comments about that as I recall including commenters arguing with each other. I'm likely not a deep enough thinker to pick up on some of your meanings, but I intend to follow along as the story progresses and get what pleasure from it that I can. Thank you for sharing and take care.
