As Emma released in theaters around my area a week or two before CV lockdown it hit VOD almost immediately. This was a wonderful Romantic Comedy which I enjoyed thoroughly with Anya Taylor Joy as the title character being a delight. Every other character fell into place almost perfectly, especially Mr.Knightly with a look of scruffy hansomeness which endears one to him. An incredible set design displays a melange of pastels with impeccable colonial houses that are surely aged but look brand new. The costumes present a sumptuous feast for the eyes. I recommend renting this movie quite heartedly though I suggest splitting the price with 1 or 2 people.

Movies to watch?

You could go for those that are long, really long.
- The Longest Day
- Lawrence of Arabia.
- Gone with the Wind

Or go through a directors back catalogue.
- Hitchcock
- Lean
- Scorse
- Kubrick ( met him while he was shooting Eyes-wide-shut)

Then there are the classics
- All the works of Shakespear
- Dickens
- Shelock Holmes

I would avoid remakes, sequels and prequels. Most of the time, they are TBH rubbish. Yes, there are a few exceptions.

I hardly ever watch broadcast TV as it broadcast. My PVR has a 1TB Hard drive. 37% full at the moment.
I'm just starting to watch the latest series of Dr Who now that I've finished writing my latest story 'Vivienne', all 77,000 words of it.
