This is the writer's note for You Are A Meany. There is a minor spoiler in it so that is why I am not attaching it to the latest chapter I will be posting. I know from some of the comments people are worried about Luke. I do not want to ruin the story for people but at the same time, I do not want people to give up on reading it.

This is a revised edition of an old story of mine which was posted on BCTS. The main part of the plot has stayed the same for both versions of the story. In the original story, Luke moves to Cali for a while and the same happens in the new on. I want the people who put up with what the bad which happened to Luke to also enjoy the good.

Thanks for the heads up.....

There have been times where it gets hard to keep reading based on how I empathize with the pain Luke is feeling. I like to think that I have been a good parent, even with all of my own issues. I have tried to learn from the examples that my parents gave me - both good and bad.

As a parent, it is very hard to read what you have written about Luke’s mother without wanting to grab her by the shoulders and shake some sense into that stupid woman. As to Lori........

Let’s just say that if she were my child she wouldn’t be able to sit down for a very, very long time.

Personally I am likeing this better

I love this story have for some time tbvh, I have read your original edition a few times actually and love it, though this extended version tbvh is much much much better, you have gotten and continue to get better and better. I can see this going on for awhile which I love, as originally it cut off like near the end of elementary school North american pre~K through 6th grade, or up to 5th grade in rural areas
