The last few days I've been occasionally getting "Error 503 Service Unavailable" mesages when I change pages. The issue seems to be getting more frequent. Is this likely an issue on your end, in the middle somewhere, or on my end?

One of our servers went down. BC runs on seven servers, three front end, two DB, one caching server and one image server.
Piper got the broken server back up but is re-tuning the system for better performance. This involves taking things down for brief times, finding problems and fixing them. Things should be stable and noticeably faster in a day or so.
Meanwhile, I have been ill and putting off putting up a notice about the work. Sorry about that.
