Well it looks like summer is here - at least for a few days!
The problem is, its very tempting to do more than you set out for when I go out on the bike, yesterday ended up at 85 of those mile things run off at a speed Gaby would be happy with! Of course at 16/17 you recover quite quickly, with my advanced years the recording gubbins suggested I needed 48 hours! Whilst I take that with a pinch of salt, any plans I had for doing some writing last night were severely curtailed as I was dropping off at the KB.
That won't be deterring me from a nice ride tomorrow and if the weather holds, another on Saturday, I'm nearly as addicted as Gaby is to Pepperoni pizza! Where exactly is another question, perhaps out into the hills tomorrow with a flatter route on Saturday, I'll try to contain myself to avoid ending up doing some mad ride but hey, do it while you can I say.
I did get a whole chapter done on Monday and I hope to have up to the end of ch6 done on Friday - I'm almost on schedule still. It would help if the damn story didn't keep writing itself and sending me curve balls but I'm sure you'll enjoy the finished article at least as much as the original 'plan'!
So, today, a new Book 19 chapter is out, ch3, Cheered Up. In theory the follow on will be on Sunday, whether its early or late may well be weather dependant, we might just go out for lunch somewhere - well more exotic than the local chain pub!
