That I posted three Gaby chapters on Wednesday - it's clear from the read count that half of you have missed the first two, ie 38 + 39! So if you were wondering why there was a bit of a jump - there isn't, you just missed a few thousand words!

That's the way the site is...
if you past more than 1 story a day, only the last is listed in WHAT'S NEW. Thus #40 was the only one listed. I simply selected 40, then at the end of the story backed up to the previous 38 and 39.
