Just to be perfectly clear this is NOT real. Although with the way thing seem to be heading it may not be to far in the future.

A new executive order was issued today to help combat school shootings. There is now a zero tolerance policy in all American schools towards bullying. Any child who is witnessed being taunted or pushed around is immediately expelled from the school, as the previous administration has identified these students as being a higher risk for causing school shootings. This is done not to discriminate against any particular group but to protect all good future leaders.
