I've had some drama in my life lately, and I could use a good action/adventure tg story to pick me up. On Stardust I read Grover's Dream of Dragon's and that was FUN, and i'd love something similar.

I've just
reread Grover's "A Dream of Dragons" and I am reminded of another story, A Whateley Fanfic I think, where a child is kidnapped by villains, and is tortured by them, causing the child to manifest and becomes the avatar of a dragon, if I remember right the kidnapee' is the child of a hero.

Maybe not your cup of tea but Portia Bennett's Cynthia chronicles can be adventurous especially "Cynthia and the Queen of the Knight".
There's also GypsyWoman's Tales Saga are still ongoing but will give you plenty of fun.
Or if you like regular action/adventure, there's always then numerous Lyssa Kordenay Missions and the companion Chrysalis Project to spend hours enjoying.

A Mashup
If I recall correctly, "Cynthia and the Queen of the Night" is a mashup based on both Mozart's "The Magic Flute" and the original computer game Adventure (aka Colossal Cave) of 40 years ago.

Just remembered
a story by Amethyst Gibbs called Alex In Wonderland action adventure dragons though in the story they are called draken.
You can't go far wrong with Amethyst for stories for action and adventure.
