One thing to remember

One thing to always remember about psychiatric terms and the field of study in general. "Normal" is considered to be what the majority of the population is.

Back in the the distant past it was considered indecent to see a woman dressed in a pair of men's pants. And a woman that preferred to dress that way was considered to have a mental disorder. As the views on this changed so did the definition of "Normal behavior".

In today's society a male that wears dressed is not considered "normal", as the views of society change toward this so will the definition of "Normal behavior".

Years ago I was pulling guard duty for the mental wing of the hospital on the military base I was stationed at. I will never forget what one patient once told me, "If there were more people like me instead of like you, then you would be the one in here."

This gives me an idea...Muhahaha....

We the willing, led by the unsure. Have been doing so much with so little for so long,
We are now qualified to do anything with nothing.
