The pose is a bit erotic
and would wings that small actually carry it's bodyweight? I thought traditionally angels were clad in robes. Or in the case of Mikael, armour.

The wings look no different
The wings look no different than thousands of other depictions of angels and consider the usual source of angel designs and the logic of art over the years: nudity = bad!
Thinking about it, why would they be wearing clothes at all if they are supposed to be from the place that is eternally perfect and clothing is an idea of man and angels aren't from the world of man?

I can't see how gods invented man, but I can easily see how man invented gods.
