He Just Contradicted Himself

So post-op Tgals go to the wimyn's rooms; it's not what we were born as. Since they can't start checking vagina's, any pre-op who's suitably tucked can go there , too.

I'd say to ignore these morons!

I have to agree with Renee.

I have to agree with Renee. They are idiots. If you live in Florida contact your state representatives and let them know your opinion.

... WTF?!? ...

Ok, seriously ... is there some kind of MAXIMUM I.Q. bar for the Republican party? "You cain't be a member 'cause you cain count over ten with yor boots on?"

How could anyone actually speak the sentence "Using the restroom is a choice" with a straight face?

Enforcement & Complications?

Hypatia Littlewings's picture

How are they going to enforce this? I see all sorts of complications, post op, post paperwork change, and if followed apparent males & females using the opposite facilities, the problem over accompanied younger minor children. Who will check how & where and when, with what criterion?

Ignoring the other safety questions, those that the law effects directly are most likely to be stopped if they follow the rule, then what? And to turn it back on the initial premise, how will they tell if its is perv trying to use that rule (although that would be very bold)?
Police Officer (or whatever): "Excuse me sir that is the ladies room."
Appears as Male*: "I am Transgendered the law says I am supposed to use this restroom"
Officer (?): "Prove it!"

(And the reverse of course.)**

If this should somehow come to pass, a great protest would be a flood of cases cause by a rash of those following the actual rule but breaking the apparent convention, getting stopped for doing what the law says they are supposed to do going in to a restroom that it looks like they do not belong in.

Just a thought! ;))

* edit: changed from "presenting as" to "appears as" for better clarity,
could be either, we do not know, which is the actual point.

** switch the genders the opposite way.
