Take whatever time you need. For that matter, why not take a week or two off as a holiday from posting? I'm not saying to stop writing, just don't worry about posting up here. Most of the web based comic strips I read have taken 'hiatus' breaks from time to time, just to recharge or rebuild their buffer. (Schlock Mercenary, however, has _not_ done so. He's one of the truly 'professional' web artists. He has a buffer that has, in the past, been up to 45 days in size. That lets him take time with his family or just to have a holiday, without risking his fan base)
