So.... Now that I've got my sleep under control. Time to get back into writing.
Except I'm having a hard time adjusting. Fun stuff as it is, I found an article that sort of helps. How to Put Yourself into an Effortless Writing Zone
What I'd like to know is if the rest of BC has any tips and tricks they've found to help with getting them to where they can write.
I think for me it's my time management. Less sleep is more time, but my schedule isn't the same as what it was before my sleep became bad enough that my writing stopped.
So yeah... feel free to share any tips and tricks you've figured out for yourself, that you wouldn't mind sharing with others.

Removing distractions
is, to me, one of the quickest ways to make sure I can actually concentrate on writing.
Turn off my wifi.
Limit or even disable access to games.
Only listen to certain types of music.
And, under no circumstances, should a TV be in the room (unless it's your monitor.)
Then, take a few moments to breathe deep and relax. It's also easiest, at least for me, to write when you're the only person around, though that's a luxury I've been missing while in Arkansas.

I accept you
Because I enjoy your stories, along with many others, so give your muse a good kick in the you know what and tell it to get on with the current story in a manner that will be approved by the readers. And If your muse gives any problems then threaten to turn it over to the Big Closet Mafia. Things like this never happened when I WAS A MEMBER OF THE MAFIA,,,,
Oh, wait,,,, why am I still alive????
