I'm sure Erin will be able to brilliantly fix this problem, but until it's working you should still able to vote. When it happens to me (I posted my details over in "Read... Post... Comment..." before I noticed this posting), the vote button is there; it's just invisible. If I move my mouse pointer to where it should say "vote," it changes from an arrow to a finger like it's supposed to and I can click there, and then the cursor stops changing like it does when a "vote" button changes to "voted."
