This is an example that demonstrates that so-called Artificial Intelligence is not working as advertised.
This video New 2025 Scania S650 Motorhomes: The Future of Luxury Travel appeared on my YouTube suggestion page. The channel must be brand new, and the content creator very inexperienced, because at the time of this writing there are only 15 subscribers.
The reason I am highlighting this video, is NOT because of the content per se, or because the content has any trans relevance. But rather, because the content creator included captions hard-coded into the video image itself. These captions are not the type than can be turned on or off with the CC control of YouTube.
The problem with these captions is, that they are very obviously created with AI speech-to-text technology, and inserted as-is into the video editing flow. Within just over one minute there have been so many discrepancies that I could not stand it any more. The text at the bottom of the image is so often completely different than the audio coming out the speakers. The content creator has spent no time proof-reading his text and script.
This is an example of the pitfalls and limitations of relying on AI to generate your text without proper editing and proof-reading. As the various discussions in the last several weeks have indicated some questions and/or interest among our community.

Already
I've already commented on AI, so I won't regurgitate my comments. I think that it's a nice project to sabotage AI as it's applied.

I have no doubt...
...that human ingenuity and competence could produce an equivalent incoherence without the help of AI but perhaps it did save someone their valuable time. :)
