Now, the one and only reason I’ve started to put this story behind a paywall with Amazon is to try to support BC financially. All of the proceeds from sales (other than Jeff Bezos’ cut, LOL) support Doppler Press and BigCloset. The more books are sold, the more money the site gets.

You may be saying, logically enough, “yeah, but wouldn’t Erin be better off if I just sent her the $2.99 directly?” And the answer is . . . not necessarily.
