One thing that is seems to be never considered.
I never really understood why one would want a energy gun to expand something.
A breast expansion gun would only annoy the victim, as best.
I would much rather have a fat reduction gun that removes things, with a ray blast, in an instant, without harming the person.
Think about it, if one had a fat reduction gun, that person would have a near endless number of grateful people, both women, and men, that would glad to sleep with that person, for the removal of their fat.
