I don't think so...
...but it's worth asking Lilith - as the universe maintainer, she maintains a list of canon characters currently in use or in development, as well as exercising the right of veto on a handful of overpowered characters (e.g. Clark Kent, the Marvel family) who would be 'game-breakers' if introduced.
