How to report problems with stories being empty/not listed?

Forums:

I have noticed some problems when I go to read stories.

EX:
Saliaven Chronotis Story Allie lists links to story parts but they only display 1/2 letters.

Sarah Whitlock, 2285 by Casey Brooke Does not appear on her page, nor can I find links to it from her other stories (before/after).

Is there someplace to report errors/problems??

It appears that the story contents of Allie were deleted in late July by the author.

I have linked the Sarah Whitlock, 2285 story to Casey's story list.
