I just deleted a blog for a personal attack on a public figure that I considered an attempt to start a flame war.

Somebody is likely to protest that this is a one-sided decision by me. They're right. I'm the responsible party here. I want BC to be a friendly place to read, write and discuss TG fiction, like it says in the masthead. When something goes counter to that aim, I take action whether I agree with the opinion expressed or not.

I've deleted blogs and comments from both sides of the political aisle when they cross that line, so don't make assumptions about my own political attitudes.
