Even though it seems kind of quick for Vincent to go through these changes, there is something i'n the smoke from the Capri cigarettes. It is the only way these changes could happen so quickly. This is a magical transformation story, as Vincent becomes Veronica. The woman Stefani talked to on the phone must be a witch and placed a powerful hypnotic suggestion in the Capri' smoke.
